Mother of One Little Girl (Sade)

I had my daughter Harmony six months ago. It was a scary experience because I was only 21 when I found out and it was a one night stand. The father lived in another state. I was going to abort my child but I decided to keep her and get in contact with the father. What happened next is straight out of a fairytale, he moved to my state and we decided to try to be together for our child, a year and some months later we are still together strong! I’m so blessed.

As far as my body, I’ve always been slim with lil to no body fat. When I was pregnant I gained forty pounds but I was a fitness junkie while pregnant I worked out five times a week and ate well. When I had my baby, I lost all the weight in four months because I worked hard. I didn’t get stretch marks but I think its because my mom didn’t either and she has two children. My daughter is definitely a blessing and pregnancy was one of the best things to happen to me. I got some hips and booty, which I lacked before. That’s my story.

Age: 22
Number of pregnancies and births: 1
Age of children: 6 months

Wow! Your story is surely a fairytale. And I am glad that you guys are still together! I also got pregnant at 21 and now my daughter is 8 months. Sad to say I still have about 13 pounds to go but I’m working on it because even though I’m not big I just don’t feel comfortable. I gained 30 pounds. Do you do pilates? What do you eat?

    Hey guys, this is Sade.

@Tabi-these are pictures after the baby

@Rosa-DO NOT GIVE UP. It was a struggle for me also but I love to look good and feel good so I didn’t give up. I eat lots of vegetables, the only type of meat I eat is grilled/baked chicken breast, the only carbs I eat is wheat bread and brown rice. I ONLY drink water. No juice, no soda. Water makes a difference! I snack on pretzels and nuts. Occasionally I treat myself to a fruit snack. I love my diet and my fitness regimen. Make sure you are comfortable with yours. Don’t force yourself to like anything As for my work out, I work out 5-7 a week, cardio for a hour and pilates/yoga for a hour. Sometimes I jog but I prefer to work out in doors. Works wonders, I am telling you!

    Sarah-Thank you!

    Lauren-Thank you!

    Anna- thank you! I try

    Sarah-Thank you!

    Amy-Thanks so much!
