    Hey Gorgeous Mama,

Dont be so hard on yourself! Great Job- 10pd baby!! Big bubbas and big tummys do take their toll on your skin…
I had a 10pd bub and put on 38kg..my tummy still actually look pregnant. I get asked everytime im out when my baby is due!! lol..
Luckily you have slimmed right down, except for the skin that your big gorgeous baby stretched.
You still have a beautiful body- you just need some time to accept the changes and to be comfortable in your own skin.
When I feel unhappy, I imagine that im 85 years old- talking to myslef now…”your gorgeous woman, make the most of it!! ” lol…

Wow! You are my body double(except your boobs are better)! I know how you feel but somehow I now feel less alone. Hang in there you’ll get your body back.

I gained a lot during my 1st pg and ended up looking much worse than I imagined but I am 3 yrs pp (with that one anyway, 15 pp with my youngest) and i’ve started exercising more because I feel my body craving it and i’ve felt so much better. I haven’t really lost much weight, but I do see changes in my shape and am happy about that. I guess what I’m saying is you CAN change your body if you’re unhappy with it. Better diet, exercise, and a good outlook will all definitely help. I think your breasts look great! Thank you for sharing your story and pics!

Wow, this could be a pic of me! I thought I was the only one with the “flap”. I find myself grabbing it when no one is looking and forcefully hating it. Thank you for sharing your story. It’s nice to feel like I’m “normal” and not a hippo hybrid freak

Love the flap sister! I have it too. I realized yesterday that I always thought my lower belly was a problem area (before the sag and stretch marks!). I’m glad to have the clarity now to see myself in a much kinder light.
We are all beautiful, just as we are.

OMG Mama i think we have the exact same body. I could seriously be your body double. I am 11 months PP and I have the flap. One of my boobies is perky and the other stares at the floor. I think that we both have beautiful bodies!!! I try to embrace what makes me different and not kick myself about it so much. I mean look at the end product of this body transformation. You have a wonderful little girl!! I think your perfect!!!!!!!

Thank you for posting. I am 8 months pp and feel (and look) exactly the same as you. I love my daughter but can’t even remember what it’s like to feel sexy. I’ve tried diet and exercise but I’m so tired and hungry all the time. I hate myself but at least I now know I’m not the only one going through this.
