I have stretch marks on my outer thighs, hip flexors, hips and inner thighs. I’m currently 22 weeks pregnant, but these are not from pregnancy, but rather, from years of athletics and a rapid growth spurt in my teen years. I wear a bikini to the pool, and attract plenty of admiring glances (or so says my husband). Lifting decent-sized weights will help disguise the marks, and some body creams do help add tone as well (Murad does one for cellulite and stretch mark control and it’s amazing).

just because you have stretch marks doesnt mean you have to cover all of them all the time. I too have plenty on my hips and thighs from puberty, strengely none from pregnancy. Strechies are not even visable unless you are looking from like 3 inches away, most people who post pics to show the stretchmarks you cant even see them in the pic. Certainly on the beach from the distance you are from other people they cannot be seen. I am a nnurse and I see ALOT of people naked, and I would say about 90 percent of people (men/women, old/young) have some type of stretchmark somewhere on them. The most honorable way to get the marks that everyone has is from motherhood in my opinion-you EARNED those marks! And you know what else? Of all the people I’ve seen, I have NEVER seen anyone who looks like people on magazines or TV. I’ve seen all types of people with various wounds, scars, lumps, tumors, tatoos, weights and not one of them has brought me feelings of “disgust”. That is just how we (humans) look, amd being human is beautiful enough.

I just can’t see what you see. Your tummy looks so flat to me, but I know we are so hard on ourselves. I am 2 years pp with my 2nd, and I still don’t like my body. I can promise you that you look lovely, and I don’t see and scars on your tummy. Oh, and I have stretchmarks all over my legs too…nobody cares :)

You look really good I have similar body structure im around 130 and on good days wear size 7 jeans. I have two kids as well. The stretchmarks will never go away. I have some on the back of my legs which faded and I still wear shorts if it offends anyone they don’t have to look at me. I wear a one piece to cover the sm on my belly and hips with a swim skourt. Even though it dies suck to not wear a one piece enjoy your life and your kids and go swimming!!!

Honey you look wonderful! you are in no way ugly! If you aren’t comfortable in a bikini try tankinis with a skirted bottom. These are very comfortable and they can hide anything that you need them to.

You have such a tiny waist! You have a great shape too. I don’t see why you can’t wear a bikini! BTW, I have stretch marks on my legs too. Doesn’t stop me from wearing shorts, skirts, bathing suits. You really look great.
