I recently discovered SOAM and was happy to see a forum for discussing the changes women go through after childbirth. There seem to be a lot of younger women (20s) with beautiful bodies who post on this site, I wanted to share my story and pictures too. I’m 35 and have given birth to three children, with my recent child being born less than 6-months ago. I actually cried when we found it we were having our 3rd because I was finally happy with my body after our 2nd and the 3rd caught us by surprise. Now that we know we’re done having kids, I want to look the best that I can. I was worried about all aspects of my body: stomach, butt, boobs, and the taboo topic area (vagina/labia). I’ve been very self-conscious about my body, even though I’m back to my pre-baby weight of 125lbs. I just wish things were tighter than they are. My husband is very supportive and tells me frequently how good I look and how I turn him on. It’s nice to hear but I still miss my pre-baby body. Our sex life is still good too. I was worried what a 3rd vaginal delivery would do to me, but things still look the same down there and I can still orgasm like before. I’m posting these pictures, in part, to show other women what a women can look like after three pregnancies. My husband also encouraged me to post, telling me that I should be proud of how I look so soon after giving birth to our 3rd. Still nervous to submit but if you’re reading this…..I mustered up enough courage to hit the send button. Thanks.

More intimate photos here.
You have all that it takes to already be a confident woman. Your figure is great and your stomach doesn’t even show you have been pregnant 3 times. I haven’t had babies yet but looking at you, so naturally beatiful gives me hope pregnancy does not distroy the body. Surely it can change it but not for the worse!
These women in their 20s (including myself) experience the same insecurities as you do. I look at my tummy right now (I’m 39.5 weeks pregnant with my third!) and I think – wow, there’s no way I’m bouncing back “this time.” – It’s stretch mark extravaganza! I think the problem with women accepting their post-baby bodies is because they are comparing themselves to others – women half their age, women in the media, women in pornography (seriously!!), etc. But what this really shows is a greater unhappiness with oneself that is more than esthetic. I know women that feel what they need to “fix” their problems is breast implants, tummy tucks, etc…. When really the problem is with their heads, not their bodies. I give you so much credit for posting this. Women AND men need to see more bodies like yours (which looks GREAT BTW!) and less air-brushed XXX naked bodies and/or celebrity photoshopped touch-ups. This is what it is: a WOMAN’S body.
Wow, your husband is right… you should be proud!!! Your shape is phenomenal!! Seriously fantastic!! I don’t know if you were genetically blessed or you have busting your butt to look like that, but WOW! I am also near my pre-baby weight but look nothing like I did before. Like you, I feel like everything is just kind of loose and saggy, weight has shifted. But I can’t help but wonder if it is partly due to *cough* *cough* age and not baby making. I think you skin tone is lovely and see no signs of sag! In any case, different is NOT worse!!! Thanks for mustering the courage to post! ~from a 36 year old mom of 4.
Thank you for sharing. You look AMAZING. I also am in my mid thirties and have had 3 vaginal deliveries. I am back on the dating scene and it has been overwhelming with my lack of self confidence. The skin on my stomach has never gone back, and looks like crumpled tissue paper. My breasts are teenie tiny. And I struggle with the thought of baring that to a new relationship. However you, your bravery in showing the intimate photos and your story made me realize that not everything changes– and men do really see a woman who gave life someone to be proud of. Thank you!
Thanks for your story and picture, I had my 1 baby four years ago, found this website but still have body issues and I am still very much worried about what my body, especially my boobs, your body looks like mine, I feel better that there is another woman that looks like I do.
Thanks for sharing.

The body in this picture is gorgeous! Toned abdominal area, slender arms and legs and beautiful natural breasts. Good feet and pose too, reminds me of Ancient Greek statues.
I saw the other pics too, but, in that area, it matters more on how it feels during love making rather than how that area looks because it doesn’t look much different across all the pictures.
I am a male, and want to assure you that many men find mothers attractive. Those marks and imperfections are nothing to be ashamed of. In contrast, view them as a testament that you are truly beautiful, sexy, and a complete woman. Moms are beautiful !!!
You’re gorgeous – you have the body I wanted to have before I had four kids let alone after xx
you have a really beautiful body and a wonderful vagina which doesn’t look like giving birth 3 times…
Your body is flawless. You have abs, woman! It is so hard to tell what you are even remotely worried about! That’s a pre-pregnancy body right there!
Perfect…..such a beautiful body, just superb. And what gorgeous breasts.
