My husband is currently working on an Art degree and for one of his assignments he had to draw a live person, and that person was me. At the time he drew these it was my first pregnancy and I was probably about 8 or 9 months pregnant. These really helped me boost my self esteem and helped me see how he saw me, I thought I would share them with other some moms.

My hubby is very artistic, too. I was thinking of having him draw me nude, too. It would be fun and interesting! If I draw up the courage, I’ll share the pictures here, too.

i was an art major too, and figure drawing has always been one of my favorites. i wish my husband was talented in this area too… it would be so comforting to be able to see drawings like this during moments of self-doubt.

These are so beautiful. It is amazing how a full figured woman, like myself, can look at her pregnant body and sometimes feel a little less than beautiful; than she takes a look at pictures like these and sees the beauty of being pregnant no matter what size she is. Your husband did an amazing job at capturing the very essence of beauty.
