I sent an entry in April and just wanted to send a little update.
Since my last entry I have been working out about 3 times a week and trying to eat healthy. My boy is growing so much and amazes me everyday! He is now 8 months old and just learned how to pull himself up into standing position. Being a mom is definitely the best job in the whole world!
The first 2 pictures are of me at 6 months post partum and the second picture is me now at just about 8 months post partum. :)
Updated here.
Wow! your stomach looks fantastic! What excersises are you doing for the three days a week???
You look great, hot mama!
Great progress! You definitely look leaner and firmer in you last pic! There’s no link to your first post though :(
cool, im going to the gym this week to start my exercise routine again. You are an inspiration.
Wow! The difference is subtle but definitely apparent. I agree with ashley, you totally look lean and toned. Nice work!
What an amazing site – I’m 35 weeks pregnant with my first – it’s so wonderful to see the reality of what happens to our bodies!
I couldn’t agree more! This site is so fantastic.
Anna – I started doing P90X at about 2 1/2 – 3 months post partum. And that worked wonders! It’s hard work, but the extra 15 pounds came off in no time. Now for 3 days a week I run and add in an ab routine. Plus some strength training. Mostly push up, dips, pull ups, lunges, squats. Stuff that I could do outside with other Moms. I just joined a Mom and Baby bootcamp that I start at the end of September, so that should be a great workout! I plan on doing more of the P90X dvds once it gets cold outside again. And thank-you for the compliment. :) Take Care.
Lauren
