I wish I was writing because I had finally lost all my baby weight and then some! That I was in the greatest shape ever and wanted to spread motivation to all. Well, that’s not the case. I’m still the exact same weight as when I first wrote in to SOAM. I am incredibly upset with myself for letting this weight battle continue.
I have finally hit rock bottom and decided I need to put my foot down and just do it. I’m taking control of my life and getting rid of my flub. I am dedicating myself to healthy eating and fitness until I hit my goal weight. I haven’t felt this motivated [to lose weight] in a long time and it feels really inspiring.
I have created a blog and I welcome you to follow me and my weight loss journey.
Pics are all of my current body. They are practically identical to my 1st and 2nd submissions
I think you look fantastic! You’re a perfect size. Too skinny=gross! You look awesome!
you look fantastic sweety dont change anything
You don’t look like you need to lose anything. If you are bothered by your body maybe just tone it up a bit. I do the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels. I’ve been doing that and my body still doesn’t look anywhere as good as yours.
I’m the skinniest I’ve ever been at 108 and 5’3″ and I’m totally proud of my body. My stomach is almost completely flat and everything else is pretty toned and I can still grab my “flub” just like in your pictures. You honestly don’t need to lose anything. Toning is the way to go. Good luck on your journey. :)
I skipped the part where you said “I wish” and I read that you were writing BECAUSE you had achieved you goal weight…I looked at your pictures and you looked amazing! then I re read it and notice that you feel bad about your body! dont be! you look great!
If you want it, go get it. Work for it and watch the results come. It might not happen as quickly as you want, but you will succeed if you work. Don’t give up on yourself. You deserve to feel good about your body.
I’m in the same boat! I weigh EXACTLY what I did 2 weeks post-partum when I sent in my first submission–and it’s my daughter’s second birthday! I had to change my “Goals for 2011” list the other day because it said “weight 140 pounds by Baby’s Birthday” and I had to white it out and write in “Christmas”.
I think you look lovely, but I understand wanting to lose those last few pounds. I hope you kick that weight’s ass because it will make YOU feel better, but also realize you’re beautiful in the eyes of others already.
I think that you look terrific! You just need to be patient and keep working toward your goal. You’ll get there …
I feel the same way! I am 2 years post-partum and truly in very good shape, but I still have a tire around my waist with 5 or so lbs of fat that I’d love to get rid of. I hope you enjoy working out as much as I do – I think its great to have personal fitness goals. But beware…even when I’ve looked very thin since having my son and reached a goal weight, I still had loose skin that I could grab, so be realistic and know that there might be some things you just can’t change. I’m working on accepting that myself. Good luck!
are you kidding me, you look fantastic. im super jealous of your breasts especially. i didnt look that good even prepregnancy, dont be down on yourself!
Your crazy you look outstanding!!!!
Im a guy, and i think you look wonderful.
You look amazing! You have to pinch to show us you have any extra “goodies” at all! lol If I looked like that, I’d never get dressed! :)
If you want to create a healthier body with good food and exercise because you want your body to work for you, beacause you want to live longer, because you know these things are important… great. But if it’s because you believe your body’s grossly inadequate and needs major help, lady!!! You look great. So so great! You’ve got wicked skin, perky boobies, a smooth, gravity defying tush. Yay!
I think it’s a great idea to tone up your body. Yes you look nice as you are now, but there is nothing wrong with toning and tightening up. I am 8 weeks PP and I only have about 10 lbs to lose, but it’s not so much wanting to lose that 10 lbs as it is me wanting to be tight, firm and not have my thighs rub together when I walk. It’s also nice to feel better about yourself when you take your clothes off around your husband. I think you are doing the right thing. Work out and tone up, it will only enhance what you have now…. Way to go!!
