I am now 11mos PP after my second child and my views have changed so much in the last year, I have learned to love my stretchmarks and my body, and to stop trying to appear perfect and striving to be like the fictional perfect mothers in the media. I have found real happiness now and this site is one of the reasons so thankyou all so much! I think you are all really beautiful:)

I remember your original post. I remember thinking how beautiful you looked at only 3 weeks postpartum! You could have sported a bikini with no problems whatsoever! You look even more awesome than that (how is that possible? It just is!) You just look fantastic. You should be proud. Your son is so beautiful. I love your breastfeeding photo! How beautiful!!!!
You know… sometimes imperfections make things more beautiful. We are real women. That is so amazing. ;)
God bless you all…
I was wondering if you work out? Your body looks not only slim but strong and very well sculpted. I know some women come by this shape without specific routines, but I was wondering if you run or dance or something?
I am a runner and I am always interested in how Mom’s continue athletics with little ones.
WOW! do you work out, you have some tight abs! you look great! i also remember your original post!
You look absolutely amazing! I am so inspired to hear how you have learned to love your new body and have found peace and happiness. You really are an inspiration. Thankyou
You look great! Wish my tummy was as flat as yours. You can hardly notice your stretch marks.
You look great and you can hardly see your strech marks :)
i also love the breast feeding photo, its beautiful, its a shame that some of the world dont except such a natural thing :(
wow you look amazing! i love the nursing picture its just soo adorable.
Aw thanks for the lovely comments in answer to your question no I dont work out as such, but I do carry a 12 month old in a sling 3 miles into town, around town and back again every day, with a 2 year old in a pushchair too! That along with the amount of breastfeeding has done a lot, although ive always been thin and I’m actually a stone heavier than before I had children, which is a good thing for me.
My stretchmarks look more noticable under artificial light!
the nursing photo with your baby touching the other nipple is priceless to say the least! My daughter used to do it too, and she still likes to touch them (after many years of nursing, my breasts are her security blanket) …
Wow, what beautiful, touching photos. The last of your son nursing looks like it should be hanging in an art gallery. What a treasure.
what a cute picture of your baby on your breast! wow im amazed! beautiful, gorgeous!!
