My Fiancee Loves My Womanly Body (Anonymous)

Some days I feel like a beautiful Greek statue. I am 5’2″ and 190 lbs. I am afraid to lose wt bc I like being soft but I need to get down to 145 for my health and confidence. I am the mother of Irish twins and they are 10 mos apart. I got stretch marks everywhere and sometimes they bother me and sometimes they dont. They have faded a lot but my tummy overhang bothers me and I did not have a c section. I have worked hard me and my fiancĂ© work opposite shifts full time and go to school full time but we know it will be worth it for our family. We should all just aim to be well and healthy and educated and not worry about keeping up with the jones or glamour magazine. Ps I love that I have dimples in my bum and my cheeks on my face! Side note I am a licensed massage therapist working in womens wellness and plan to incorporate this site into my work with new moms. I am 23.

Updated here.

You are beautiful, and I love your outlook! I agree on being healthy, and getting to a healthy weight so you can be around for your babies. Your post totally inspired me :) I am still working on finding a way to be happy with myself on the outside, as well as in.

Its good to see women with children showing off their bodies and not being shy about the way they look. My wife has had 2 babies now, shes 27, and looks amazing. Yes her body has changed, but it doesnt mean i love her any less, or see her as less attractive. I know she feels less confident about herself because she has a few stretch marks and her breats have changed(even though pregnancy was VERY kind to her). She was a thin girl before our babies, and is still thin, 5′ 4”, 125lbs i think. She is still amazing and extremely HOT in my eyes. Anyways ladies, keep up the good work and know that even though you might not feel good about yourselves at times, your husbands do and always will!!!!

Permalink are know what, I was just telling my sister about this site and she asked “well do you feel better about yourself, does it help you?” and I replied “I dont know..” and that was all. Then I saw this entry and we are body sisters! I feel as though you and I have the same ideas when it comes to our body types. Thankfully for you though, your much more at home in your skin. But now that I’ve found this, I feel a lot better and can try harder in accepting myself for who I am and what I look like. Thank you!
