Let me just say you look so much better then I did at 7months pp. I’m 10month pp now and only just started getting the sleep I really needed along with regular yoga, and even though my body hasn’t changed drastically, I feel so much stronger and tighter in my muscles…and sometimes thats all you need<3

Hang in there, it takes time to change. I found pilates to be EXTREMELY helpful….also started walking 2-4 miles per day. And I cut out all the whtie flour, switched to whole grains, oatmeal, sweet potatoes as my main starches. Drink tons of water! It’s also hard to sleep properly with a new baby and that messes with your hormones. So give yourself some time. You’re a lovely mama!

You also have really beautiful fair skin, as well as great boobs. Don’t put yourself down, you look great. It’s been less than a year since you grew an entire human in your belly! Give yourself some time :)

I actually have to say that I think you look pretty good. I also really like your legs.

Don’t put yourself down so much! Nature takes its course… this site has made me worry less about what will happen to me after I have a baby. I wish people in general would be more open about what happens to the human body, particularly the woman’s…

    Thanks for posting. :)
