7 months post 1 pregnancy age 24.
So I made a post about 3 months ago it can be found here.
It has been tough but I am finally beginning to have hope for my body. My skin is still sagging badly but the abs are coming back together and my tummy is flattening out I am still considering surgery but I am giving it more time. I have been doing a strict diet for the past three weeks and I’ve lost 13 pounds so far I’m at 118 today so only 8 more pounds till I’m at pre pregnancy weight !
The first four pictures are from about a month ago. The rest are from now.
GET IT GIRL! your looking great! — keep up the hard work. that saggy skin wont get better- i speak from experience… mine became textured ;) check my tummy out at blessed and tortured- remember im 5 years PP! it took 3!! to get where i wanted to be and be OKAY with the skin… its alot of MENTAL rather than Physical!
OH ANNNND – I LOVE YOUR BOOBIES! i WISH mine where so perky and round like yours, not saggy and empty, but ehhh it is what it is
I can for sure see a difference, I thinking giving it more time is wise…surgery can be dangerous and does not always turn out the way we want. You look great and the skin will tighten up more over time, a little toning exercise for the abs will make a big difference in the skin as well actually. By the way, I’d like to have your boobs :) they’re great.
your boobs are amazing!!! good job lady, you look great :)
Your confidence exudes through these photos! Confidence is what makes us sexy not our bodies. A man would rather be with a confident woman with a not so perfect body than a woman with a ‘perfect’ shape who is insecure.
Own each and every phase of your body during your journey as a mother and a woman.
It looks like you are doing great but if you are ever feeling down, talk to God, He is always there. read His word, it is life!
You’re so slim! You look great! Isn’t it amazing how we can be at pre-pregnancy weight and still not look the same? I’m in the same boat after having a nearly 10 pound baby and being a petite and slim person as well. Even if it IS the way things go and I DO love my body, it can be hard to accept the new me. I’m sure you feel the same way. Anyway, I’m glad to hear that you’re doing better and losing some weight. :) I’m glad to hear your abs are coming back together. I have the same issue. It’s rough! I’m not sure if there has been much progress, though, on my end. Thanks for sharing your story. :)
Thanks girls :) I didn’t think my boobs were great they used to be fuller but now I’m happier with them :)
You are not alone, my stomach is so much like yours! I’m had my son at 23, now 25 (he’s 15 months). So many people think that because you’re young and only had one child that you’d bounce back so easily- that’s what I thought! I have the exact same ‘sink hole’ as I call it when I lie on my back. I think it’s due to diastasis recti. My stomach has improved since doing the tupler technique exercises. I was doing crunches and that made my stomach even worse.
Now that’s he’s 15months, it has improved… but I too wonder if I’ll do a tummy tuck one day. If my stomach looks like this after 1 child… how will look after I have a couple more?
Great job on the weight loss!
My stomach looks like yours with the overhang, stretch marks/wrinkly appearance. I had a 9lb 13oz child, and then my second was 10lb 11oz. My stomach will never, ever, ever be the same. I’m hoping to get back into shape and look reasonably good though!
