I’m 6 weeks postpartum and this is how my body look like 6 kids later prepregnancy weight was 147 now I’m 171 pounds I’m very slowly losing the weight and I’m hoping i can go back to use my prepregnancy jeans and feel better about my body, my belly hangs and i have stretch marks and cellulite everywhere but i have 6 kids i guess all i can do now if work out and see how my body looks in a couple of months. I don’t want or expect to look like a model but i will more happy if i can lose all this weight of me and would love to tone up my body some more. thanks for looking.

I am also a mother of six beautiful children! My body, too, has taken a toll. I have focused a lot recently on toning my core, for aesthetics as well as to strengthen my back. I feel much better now. (my story is UBA5C)…

Anyway, you look beautiful woman. Very sexy, feminine form. I think most woman don’t see themselves in a light that truly reflects the way you look. Blessings on your family and your continued physical strengthening.

    Peace.

Wow! You look pretty amazing! Such a flat tummy. I wouldn’t worry about a teensy bit of overhang. You look gorgeous! And six kids! What an undertaking! Congrats! :)

stop looking at your body in the mirror.

Look at your eyes and at your eyes only in the mirror. — Other than that, the mirror is a tool to make sure that there is no baby-puke in your hair before you go to work.

Eat your vegetables- Eat your fruits. Avoid McDonnalds or anything that tastes or looks like McDonnalds. Maybe twice a week.

Go for a long walk once a day.

    Love and accept yourself.
