Hi Thordora. :)Best of luck to you Tara! I’m trying to lose another 40 or so. I’m 6ft tall, which helps distribute things a little.Buff Mama below me, I love how we’re juxtaposed here. I’m curious to know what kind of weight training you do? I’ve been dabbling in body for life and am about to start another 12 week challenge.

karrie, i do weightlifting mainly and a couple days of cardio work. i also cleaned up my diet a lot – eliminating most junk food/sweets and focusing on eating healthy foods. i have a journal online at the fitness and nutrition board at nursingmom.net if you want to check it out. :)
