You might not like heaing this, but honestly when I look at your belly I don’t know why you hate it. I’m still pregnant with my first, so I don’t know of any exercise that is sure to work for ya. However, I think that working your abdominals and getting in some cardio regularly would help. And most importantly learning to look at your body as a whole, not just at the parts of it you think aren’t perfect. Look at ALL of you, maybe you’ll see what others see, a beautiful, powerful woman that brought a life into this world.

For one, your body is BEAUTIFUL. Second, if you honestly do not like the way you look, I’d recommend bicycle crunches. Remember, you’re a MOTHER. Do NOT hate your body for it gave you your CHILD!

Let me start off by saying you look great. A lot of women would love to have your body. I understand your stretch mark dilemma, i was 19 when i had my first and i remember wondering how i could find anyone to love me (i was so nieve). Its expensive but i used strivectin, among several others, and it was the only one that helped. I mean really helped… there unnoticeable. It was a gift but its 200-300$ and i realize it may not be practical. If you can splurge on yourself, i would give it a try if its effecting your happiness. Once again you look great anyway!!Good luck to you

Do you have diastasis recti? Certain exercises may help with bringing your abdominal muscles back together.

I am currently pregnant with #4, for one your tummy looks exactly as it should one year after having a baby, you don’t really start dropping the baby weight until the second year when you start chasing around your little one(trust me you will lose alot and firm up alot)also the stretch marks will not dissapear completely BUT the more time goes by the less red and angry they will look, I promise they will usually fade to a light light lavender or light light pink and then they take on a pearlessence to them and they are not so noticable, besides you look great, don’t stress so much and give your self time to heal your belly didn’t get that way over night it took nine months so it will take time to go away :)
