I had a 12lb10 baby boy and what your experiencing is diastasis recti where your stomach muscles have parted like mine. I have to go to physio therapy and they give me exercises to help try to correct it but it still looks awful and it makes me so self conscious and upset! you should avoid stomach crunches and weight lifting as this can make it worse. you should try see a physiotherapists so they can show you exercises you can do and what else you should avoid
Hi Jill,
I had my baby 2.5 months ago and feel that my situation is very similar to yours 4 years ago. Even my belly looks like yours on the picture.
I am wondering if you were able to get rid of the hard belly? Any advice?
