4 months postpartum & 2 under 2yrs (Proudmommy0709)

Well I’m still getting used to this mommy belly, and saggy breasts… The past 2 years my body has gone through a lot, I know that. I AM very proud, but at the same time I am not satisfied with the way my body looks. When I had my son Nov 27th 2007 I did get a lot more stretch marks from him & a saggy belly. As you can see thank goodness, my stretchmarks from him have faded a lot. I really don’t think when I was pregnant with my daughter than much changed, my first pregnancy really did all the damage, and I really didn’t have much time in between pregnancies to try and get back into shape. But now I am 185lbs. and I just started working out everyday, and I have changed my daily diet. I have seen a few mothers really inspire me, seeing their before & afters (postpartum & after they lost weight). I’m just really hope that my saggy skin isn’t so bad that I can’t get rid of it naturally. I will be soo satisfied with just that! I don’t care about the stretchmarks… its the skin that I hate! And my breast!… I’m 21, yess I’ve breastfed for 2 years practically and I feel like they look so saggy…. I miss my perky ones : ( lol that I know will never come back ohhh well! I’m just thankful I have a beautiful family now : ) Thanks for letting my share a tiny piece of my story… And if any mothers out there HAVE lost weight & did get rid of that saggy belly let me know! I’d love to hear you’re story & what u did

Age- 21
Pregnancies & births- 3 pregnancies 2 births
Age children- 23 months, & 4months
Postpartum- 4months

you look amazing!!! i love your story, i also struggled with weight after having my baby girl, and honestly just keep positive and try working out even just walking in place when your watching tv with your kids helps a bunch, also if you have any mommy time just try yoga or something of that nature it helps a bunch. i hope the best of luck to you and god bless.

I had my babies 19 months apart. With my son I delivered all 10 pounds of him at around 230 lbs. I did weight watchers, joined an all womens gym and lost all 60 lbs I gained plus an additional 10 in 6 months. No tricks, just hard work and dedication. When I had my daughter I did the same and lost the weight (30lbs) in 8 weeks by doing weight watchers and walking. When she was 6 months I did the P90X and got down to a size 4 for the first time since jr high and got rid of the saggy skin. Stretchmarks are forever unfortunately :(. Hopefully this helps! The P90X is phenomenal and no gym membership or babysitter required!! Best of luck and I want you to know it IS possible! Just dont wait too long..

You sound like a strong woman. Keep up that great attitude. You *can* lose weight naturally. I’ve seen it over and over again on this site. Keep us updated! And congratulations on your babies! :) That really is very hard on your body, like you said. I had my daughter 3 years ago and I feel like I’m still dealing with some of the side effects. :/ But it was worth it to hold my daughter in my arms and to wish her a happy birthday yesterday. Totally worth it.

I am at the same point you are right now. With two little girls aged 12 and 28 months, my body has changed so much, it is impossible for me to loose some (at least) weight. But fortunatelly I have them, we are all healthy, and have plenty of time, because we are young, life is just starting for us. Working hard enough we CAN DO IT!!

You have great boobs by the way!!

P90X did wonders for me. It’s a lot of hard work and dedication! Nice do if you have someone to watch the kids for an hour. Or if at least one takes a nap. If you haven’t done any fitness at all I wouldn’t start with this though as it’s pretty intense. Diet has alot to do with weight loss. You have wonderful breasts by the way!

My hubby’s friend lost 80 pounds over the summer on P90X. He’s going to try it out. How funny that someone mentioned it!

Your breasts are not saggy it’s just that they are so large gravity takes over they are beautiful and full. A lot of women would give anything to have breast that looked as full as yours. Be proud and dont give up on the weight loss it will come when you want it too
