Andy Merry of Britain’s How To Look Good Naked contacted me and asked if I’d put a notice up on this site looking for UK women who would be willing to participate in this show. He says the basic focus of the show is to help women feel good about their bodies and while I’m in the US and have never seen it, it does sound very realistic so I’m gonna go ahead and link it. Check it out and if anyone does participate, keep me updated, I’d love to follow the story!
It’s actually a very good show. Nothing about looking thinner, younger, whatever, just about feeling good about yourself. The premise is that most women have an unrealistic idea of their physical selves. I think it’s quite empowering.
