I always felt like I wasn’t very feminine looking – my breasts were small, my body thin… I didn’t feel like a woman at all – until I had my children (2 daughters, now aged 3 and 16 months)… I actually wound up thinner, and with smaller breasts than before children, but I have now found new respect for my body, and it’s purpose! I’ve created two beautiful little beings (and breastfed both successfully), and that makes me as womanly as the next….

You look so beautiful and motherly and womanly! I love breastfeeding photos. You’re making me miss nursing.
I loved breastfeeding. I extended-nursed my daughter 2 years 5 months. She just turned 3. I miss it so much. I miss babies, too. hehe
Maybe it’s just about time to try again? It’s a scary thought, though.
Congratulations, mama! You look gorgeous!

Oh I forgot to add that I can identify with being just as small as before pregnancy. I’m back in my AA (double A!) bras and same size pants, etc. as before, but I feel more appreciative for what my body can do. I feel like a woman. I feel beautiful. Being a mother is a blessing!
