Sexy Extra Skin
Here is my belly 9 months after the birth of my 2nd daughter (born 17 months after my first.) I am 28 years old. I gained 50 lbs with my first daughter (born 8 lbs 13 oz), and with her I measured full term at 25 weeks. My 2nd daughter was born 7 lbs 4 oz. Since her birth 9 months ago, I have lost 40 lbs, and am now smaller than I have ever been in my adult life. I also feel more healthy, and surprisingly more sexy and confident than ever before. I am proud of my belly. I am proud of what my body has done for me. I know my belly does not look “normal”, and no amount of diet or exercise will make it look so, but I am not ashamed of my belly, my stretch marks, or (as my husband says) my sexy extra skin! I am a mommy, and I am beautiful.

Take care of yourself because our kids need us!!

sorry my mistakes, i’m spanish!
kisses!!

amazing!! this is what my belly looks like after 2 kids. It took me a very long time to deal with it especially because before i had the perfect body and was actually a swimsuit and lingerie model. Now there is no way id be caught dead in a swimsuit even in my own private backyard, im hoping one day i can be proud of it.

I’ve been reading through this site for a few months now, but have never commented. I’m a single female - no kids, and not even a potential partner in site!
However, I must say…you ladies look amazing. Incredible. And most women - moms or not - would happily trade!
And I can never get over how amazing it is that a *human being* lived there for 9 months! For all those ladies who write that they dread looking into the mirror each day: a *new human life* LIVED in there for 9 months! Do you realize how incredibly amazing that is?! I’m absolutely awe-struck.

we look like twins, belly-button, general shape and all!! i have 4 kids, but my stretch marks and extra skin looked the same as yours after my second as well. i think it was because i gained so much weight with my first, went from 103 to 165 and got most of my stretchmarks then and have added a bit more with each pregnancy, even though i gained much less for the rest of them. so glad to see you on here and so great to hear your perspective. thanks!

i hope my belly looks like yours!!! i love your tiny hip bones!!!! i am 2 mos. pp and i found this site and it makes me feel better.
you are right. i am a mommy and i am beautiful.
how did you lose the weight? i gained 60 lbs. of fluid w/my son. i am 5′ 6″ and cannot lose the last of my 25 lbs. my milk dried up and that depressed me because my weight was melting off, of course. now, it’s not. but, i must admit, that i am noticing that each day, it seems to looks better…the extra skin and stretch marks.
so, please, how did you do it?!! you really do look gorgeous!! i only hope to have your hips and waist and belly one day!!

I just had my second son 6 weeks ago and I’m SO hoping my stomach will look like yours in a few months!
I have HORRIBLE stretch marks and when I stand there’s a pooch, but when I sit, ugg, it overhangs and I can grab it! My belly is wrinkled, saggy and depressing. All I want is to be able to wear the tighter shirts I did, like i’m sure you can!
How did you do it?? I just started working out at night.
Did you have the ‘apron’ before??
