I admire all the women on this site and I have read many of your stories over the past year. I recently stopped breast feeding (very proud to have breastfed for more than 2 years). And now my breasts have totally deflated and I find myself extremely self-conscious (hiding my breasts from my partner etc….) I don’t like that one side is smaller than the other and how my nipples sink into my breasts. The picture on the left is from about a year before I got pregnant and the rest are recent. Pregnancy and breastfeeding (and now running after an active little kid!) really slimmed me down without trying (also I was under a lot of stress related to my relationship) Now I am at a new point in my journey and I’m working on self acceptance and treating myself and my body well… Thanks for reading!
Your body looks great girl, your butt definitely makes up for anything you need to worry about with the boobs lol. For real, you have the perfect little butt and cuffs, women would go crazy for your shape. We all have things we do not like about our body. Every morning concentrate on the things that you do like. I do this every morning and I am always happy throughout the day.
The boobs are amazing.
What? I thought the breast pic was a “before”. you got nothing to worry about, its just hard to adjust to change. Even if you though they were “better” before, they are still good, I don’t notice the asymmetry either.
thank you for your kind words-i’m feeling much better now, i think the shock of the change really got to me. i hate that all of this even matters so much. i want for every woman to feel gorgeous and sensual and confident in their bodies. <3
Whoa! I think you look FABULOUS! I agree that I thought the recent pics were the “before.” You need to go on with your bad self and be totally amazed and happy with your body. Your breasts (including the *slight* asymmetry) look exactly like mine and I bet if I posted a pic of me (I, too, just weaned a year-old baby at the end of April) you’d probably tell me the same thing–because I’m someone else. We’re never critical of others as much as we are of ourselves. Thanks for posting b/c now I’m gonna get on with my bad self. LOL!
Your breasts look exactly like mine. Nipple color and size, asymmetric on the same side and everything. That’s crazy! Anyway I had my daughter ten years ago and breast fed for a year. I’ve hated my breasts ever since. Until I saw your picture. Your breasts are beautiful. And now I’m sure my husband is telling the truth when he says mine are too. Thank you for your courage to post your pictures.
