My name is Nikkie. I am 19 years old and just had a beautiful baby boy on March 29, 2006. I think the page on moms and their stretch marks is excellent. I sometimes get discourage by them but my husband always reminds me what miracle created them and I can’t help but smile!! :)

-I would’ve only had the scar on my lower belly but since I had my navel peirced on top & bottom the wholes stretched and gave me more stretch marks…

I just wanted to say that I had the top of my belly button pierced and my stretch marks were worse there then anywhere else on my stomach. I had my daughter March 20, 2006 and since then it has closed up. But I would not trade the stretch marks for anything in this world. This site has really helped me with that.

You look nice! I have my button pierced as well and I never expected to read as much about stretch marks due to that as I have been. Did you use cocoa butter or something similar?
I’m just wondering did all these women keep their belly button rings in when they were pregant and thats how they got the stretch marks or did they take them out?
i took mine out @ about 3 months…i wasn’t showing much then but once i started showing so did the stretch mark above and below the piercing
