Your children are beautiful, and I it sounds as you are a dedicated mother. Unfortunately, I believe that there is something very important that you and many other women on this earth do not realize. These are the facts:

    1. Every pregnancy takes a huge toll on a woman’s body, particularly if those pregnancies are not spaced out properly. You have experienced that toll.
    2. Many, many women in this site are very dissatisfied with their bodies; some to the point of serious concern. If every child that one has destroys one’s body little by little either in looks or just the wear and tear of child bearing, why go to the extent of having more than one child?
    3. The more children you have the less attention you and your husband are able to give to each one individually, and the less that you can provide financially for each one of them.
    4. But, most importantly, our earth, our planet is degrading rapidly, and this is due to the number one problem: overpopulation. There is a very big difference between having 2 billion people on the planet than having 7 billion as it bears today. There is a reason why Earth is called Mother Earth, she like you and all the women who have experienced motherhood has a limited capacity to sustain all this “offspring.” It is called the carrying capacity of the planet. Every child that you have brought into this earth will burden our planet with an unbelievable amount of waste and need for space, and it is not only you but billions of women all around the world who are doing what you’re dong.

Please, don’t have more children for your sake, that of your children, and our Mother Earth. The planet that you will be leaving to your children is a hell on Earth. This is not intended as an insult to you or anyone else, but merely as point for reflection. The fact that we were born women, female does not automatically imply that we need to reproduce at all, but if we do, we need to think about our planet first and then about our wishes and desires.
