I’m sorry for the late reply.
I achieved my weight loss mostly through calorie counting (~1500 a day) and cardio. I’m not a big fan of weights or ground exercises and stuff like that.
I try to do as many activities as possible on foot or by bicycle.
On my Tuesday lunch break I take a 50min Zumba class.
After this pic was taken I also started running but without losing much weight. Once I started counting calories, the weight dropped right off!
