This is the belly I am left with (Anonymous)

I have been pregnant 5 times. I have had one miscarriage, one still birth and i have three beautiful children ages 6, 4, and 2. I am a plus size woman and i don’t like it. I think it’s wonderful that there are so many women on here that are comfortable with their bodies and i wish that was me. I also wish i could have more children but i am scared to. My last preg. was terrible. I had hyperemesis and had a central line inserted to feed me. I really can’t deal with that again. I do so love being a mother and am very blessed to have the sweet spirits that i do. I don’t know how i got so lucky to be trusted with them but i am thankful. By the way, this picture is not a pregnant belly. It is just me.

    Yeah, I’m plus sized too.

I was prior to being pregnant with my twin sons (10m).

And now I weigh more now then I did when I was carrying them!

I don’t like how I look and feel either, but I think I’m just about ready to make a change.

I also have three children, ages 5 (but 6 on Saturday) 4 and 2. I’ve been pregnant 6 times and I’m also scared to try again. I want another baby so badly but I don’t want to lose another baby. I’d like to chat if you want to email me. Sandy

That’s what my belly looks like too! I am 27 and pregnant with baby 3, second pregnancy. The first pregnancy was twins. I was heavy before pregnancy, but got really stretched out with twins and now have that double belly like yours, only mine is about 20 times worse. You are beautiful no matter what and you brought life into this world with that body!!!

I’m 34, have had one child (9 1/2 lbs and gained 45 lbs) and that looks exactly like me! I’ve always been curvy but after my daughter, I was never able to get rid of the saggy belly…

    Embracy your momma body!!

I know what you mean. I am plus size too but working very hard at accepting myself no matter where I am at. I’m hoping that my kids, especially my daughter will learn to accept her body no matter what because of my role modelling. It’s hard, really hard. You are beautiful and I hope you find the courage to love your body.

Just remember Angella there is nothing more precious than being a mother. I have a one year old son and I am two and a half months pregnant with my second after having an early miscarriage before this. My belly stayed looking like I was still pregnant after I had my son, people that knew I was pregnant still asked me when my baby was due months after I had him. I dont mind it because Im so proud to be a Mom!so dont preoccupy yourself with your belly just be happy with your kids and everything will be okay. all the scars and pain is worth it in the end. Take care

I am plus size as well and I’m only 19. I actually dont mind being a plus size. I would rather be the size I am than a really skinny size 0 girl. And plus I am not the only one who likes my body. My family, my friends, even my boyfriend likes it as well. So being a plus size woman does have it perks

I, too, am plus sized. I’m 4 months pregnant now and pretty despondant that i don’t really look pregnant, just fatter. I lost 100lbs already and got pregnant due to being super fertile after the weight loss i suppose. I’m very very happy that you posted, and I hope you post some pregnant pictures too. Thank God i’m not the only plus sized woman to get pregnant out there. You have a lot of courage to put pictures up, especially since i know how unhappy you are with yourself. But please don’t beat yourself up about it. Size 00 women are only beautiful in this era. There are tons of men who don’t really like that skinny type of thing.

    Thanks again.

hi,, i have a friend who has has three children her two youngest are twins since having her twins who are now three she has been unable to lose her belly and still looks pregnant,, which isnt through the lack of trying. she hass been to the doctors several times and all they have to say is that she needs to lose weight but despite loseing weight her belly will not go. I think its very unfair that there is no help to hand and its realy knocking her confidence,, i ve been seaching the web to trying find some advice or sumthing but not much look. Does any body know anything that can be done or is it just a case of having to grin and bare it?
