Getting your stomach flat is 95% about getting your bodyfat low enough (mostly diet, and cardio can’t hurt)and about 5% building the abdominal muscles up (weighted sit-ups and ab exercises, hanging leg raises, core pilates class, and even things like heavy barbell squats and push-ups!)
