Mariah’s quote cracked me up and I love the angle of the photo. This is from a friend of mine and I wanted to say CONGRATS to her on the birth of her daughter!

This picture is suuuper cute!
that’s AWESOME!
I’m Mark, AKA Bhalash, the person who uploaded the photo and I’m here as I was randomly emailed by a random person (hi Beppie) who reads your blog. Six degrees of seperation and all that, hah. Well, I already had the link from Mariah but after reading a few sites that had tales of Complicated Births (children born feet-first after six days of hard labour and all that) I squealed in terror and refused to open this site. So Caira came into this world on July 15th and for all that she’s eight timezones away and I’m not the man who concieved her, she’s left me with several sleepless nights and has reduced me to tears three times at last count. To give a little more information, Mariah was diagnosed with preeclampsia and the decision was made to c-section her. I was at work that day and nearly went up the walls waiting for word from her doctor and then after she went in, if Mariah and the baby were both okay. There’s also the fact that I hoped Mariah would have a girl and having had that come true, I’m deeply afraid, as I Got What I Wished For. Women, eh?I looked through your blog, past my woes and I have to applaud it for giving women a place to be themselves without prejustice.
