I’m 21 in February, I’ve had two boys very close together my eldest is 16 months my youngest is 4 months old. I feel like ill never be pretty again my body is wrecked. I have stretch marks I have a bigger stomach I don’t feel good about being me anymore. I wanted to post here to see what others thought just to see if I’m the only one feeling like this x
I’m the same age as you with one baby who is also 4 months old. You look absolutely beautiful! Your body looks great, and I wish my breasts looked that good lol. It’s hard, but you just have to think how blessed you are to have 2 babies, you were there home. Our bodies do so much for us. I know how you feel though, it’s so hard to embrace it! Some women voice back and look pike they haven’t had babies, but some of us are left with marks to remind us what are bodies did to bring such beautiful life to us! I have terrible stretch marks everywhere and somedays I think of how gross they are then I just tell myself to be confident and to wear them with pride, of someone has anything bad to say about them then I’ll simply reply that I feel blessed that my body was capable to give me my beautiful baby. If you’re worried about men’s thoughts, girl men love curves(which you have) and if a man truly loves you they are blinded to our flaws. I’ve been walking a lot with my baby and it makes me feel great, but besides that just embrace your body, it’s beautiful!(:
Congratulations on your baby, and I just wanted to say that you are very beautiful. I, for one, as a male love a little belly and stretch marks and find them much more attractive than some bland yoga instructor. Kristi is right, real mean love a woman how she is, and if he loves you than the things that you are bemoaning right now won’t be an issue. I don’t think she’s right to call the stretch marks “terrible” or “gross”, because they are something you should be proud of. Rock your body, and know that if I lived near you, I’d be chasing after you ;)
I think you look beautiful! I don’t see anything wrong with you at all! I had two children by the time I was your age also. I am now 24, and I just gave birth to my third. You look amazing, and you should be proud of yourself. I know many women with two children who do not look so great. And, I agree with the previous comment, I wish my breasts looked that good!
I’m 35 years older than you, but I want you to know that part of what gets missed by looking at the surface beauty is the wonder that we all are. Imagine- your body held and nourished a human life until it gave birth to it, then carried and nurtured that baby until you began nourishing another being inside, WHILE you carried, nurtured, and played with the other baby. The whole thing is more wondrous than words can express. Your physical beauty includes all of that.
Your breasts look great, really great. As for your belly, cardio works wonders, just start walking and then running and pilates for abs works great as well as other ab exercises to tone the muscles. You will be amazed at how different you will look in three mths from exercise and drinking plenty of water. Hugs. We have mostly all been where you are now. Hugs…
I am a mother of 2. A 3.75 year old and a 1.75 year old. I had a similar thought but after this advice I notice that things are looking a lot better. You are BEAUTIFUL. Nothing is wrong with your body and it takes TIME to let things get anywhere near back in place. Mommy bodies are not like little girl non-mommy bodies. Please, respect what your body had to go through and let it heal some. I promise, it gets better.
You look great hun. And those breasts, wow, beautiful!
Your body is great trust me it could be worse mine was a lot worse but I got it back by working hard to get it back
