I see a woman with a stunningly beautiful smile and glowing skin. You have a gorgeous face and you look so beautiful with your son.
As far as comparing yourself to celebrities goes, I’ve been there. Keep reminding yourself that he chose YOU. He loves you and only you. The media constantly bombards us with images of unrealistic, unattainable bodies. These women are airbrushed and photographed in the most attractive lighting. Thanks to Photoshop, they look better on the pages of a magazine than they do in real life. And, remember that they have professional make-up artists, hair stylists, trainers, chefs, and nannies at their disposal. Not to mention that some of them have had plastic surgery. Remember not to compare yourself to an unrealistic Photoshopped image!
You are a beautiful woman and a wonderful mother! Make a list of your good qualities and remind yourself every day! Another thing that may help– I did this with my husband awhile back– is to ask your boyfriend to write down all the things he likes about you. When you are feeling upset, pull out the list and believe what you read.
Hi I found your page as I was looking for woman like myself who feel as u do. I have lost a lot of hair due to being pregnant and still it’s brittle and short at the front. Many times Iv browsed woman’s bodies as so many months postpartum and Iv just done it now but to be honest it seems the only ones who proudly post pictures are the ones with 6 packs. It’s refreshing to know I’m not the only mother at 10 months postpartum with an overhang belly and stretch marks. I to doubt every compliment I get and I totally understand how u feel. But when I seen your pictures I think your body looks really great for just having a baby. I think woman are conditioned to think we all need to be a size 8 but the world would be do plain if we all had the same bodies. I guess what I’m trying to say is don’t get too down about your body because the Internet tends to highlight those who look amazing 2 days postpartum. Life isn’t that kind to all of us. I think u look fab and your baby is totally lush too
