Hi! Things will get better with diet change and exercise. I know you said you are exercising now but just give it some time with watching what you eat as well. I am 4 months pp and before I found this workout routine im doing now, my stomach looked really similar to yours. With effort I am SLOWLY seeing some results. YOU look great by the way and things will get better in time. While reading your story I expected your stretch marks to be horrible but they really are just average. And also, I am breastfeeding my second baby right now and plan on doing so for a year just as I did with my first and I was really scared what my boobs will look like after I wean my baby but now after seeing you I have a brighter outlook. I know it’s hard but cheer up, noone has to see what’s under your clothes besides you and you are working on the things you don’t like so it will get better. Know that you are not alone in this physical/mental battle, I think every mom is at some point in this battle.
I know you don’t believe me right now, but maybe you will someday. You do not look bad! I could have written this and those could be my photos. We see so many women who look like supermodels two months after giving birth, but most of us look just like you do. I used to be a nude model, and even though I weigh the same now after I had my boys, I have so much extra skin that will not tighten up (my youngest is 15 months)that I will NEVER look the same again. It took me awhile to be okay with it especially after my first. But I can honestly say I am now. We aren’t all made to look the same and as long as we are healthy (which I am sure you are) then that is all we need. My only advice is to try to look at yourself through your sons eyes. Then you will see you are beautiful!! **hugs**
