I think you look pretty similar to me and although i’ll never love my body, I never did before children and am finally at least accepting it!
As for the ‘ugly scar’. I had to have an emergency c section with my daughter at 9 weeks premature and I adore my scar because vaginally or not, that is where she entered the world, from where she was born. There is nothing shameful about having a c section. Your baby is healthy, she just took a different path to get here.
