Hi, I’ve been doing pilats since i had my third baby four months ago, and I think it’s great. I did’nt realise just how good it is for the tummy until I started it, but I’m so much happier now too. You look great! Keep up the good work!

My tummy looks alot like your did. Does your belly still sag when you bend over? when I suck in and stand straight you can’t see the loose skin. But when I bend over you can. Do you think exercise could fix that??

Wow. I replied to your first post and I just wanted to say how amazing you look. Well done for working so hard at the transformation – that’s an incredible result for just three months. I have to say you look amazing. Just fantastic.

I’m a big fan of pilates as it got me my body back post twins and although the skin on my tummy (‘twin skin’!) will always be slightly looser than before because of how quickly I stretched with my twin pregnancy, the pilates has given me my abs back of old. You look fantastic from it – you can see all the ab lines forming, which is such an incredible result for only three months.

Keep going – you’re an inspiration and I’m so pleased that you’re happier with your body. You deserve to be.

    Gorgeous baby too!

Now thats impressive!!!! Many women believe that they are stuck with what they have after childbirth, me included. My post is a recent one 3 children under 3 in the twins section if you want a nosey but my stomach could look better and i thought it was stuck that way forever! I will def be looking into pilates as an option esp since i have my second hol coming up since the kids. Bikini time again………….By the way, i read your last posts and im SURE you could wear a bikini again, stretch marks or not. I did and i felt so much better for doing so. Well done on your amazing success! You’re a hero ;)

WOW! That’s a HUGE improvement. I’ve been working out 5 days a week since Jan and doing Pilate’s once a week. I’m going to post my update in 2 months (I want 6 months between photos, my 1st post was “What 6 months of breastfeeding can do”). I hope I get results like that! Keep it up.. and let us know how well the chemical peal, or what ever treatment you go with works!

Hi! I left a message on your last post, and just wanted to thankyou for your unbelievably inspiring update! I showed my hubby your before and after pics and he was amazed! Your dedication has really paid off and you have obviously inspired a whole bunch of women including me. I would be really interested to hear what you find out about the chemical peels etc as well. Just so you know, you could wear a bikini right now without doing anything else and look enviable- any woman who’s had a baby would be able to see the hard work you’ve put in! Thanks again!!
