Your body looks amazing. Can I ask what your workout / diet is? I have lost all of my baby weight and a little more but my belly is still flabby and wrinkled. I am so jealous of your stomach! I am very saddened when I think that I may never be able to wear a bikini again (my son is 13 months and I have a daughter who is almost 2 1/2).
Well, I go on lots of stroller walks and toss in some lunges while I’m at it. I also like to run, but since my prolapse, none of that. At the time of this photo I was doing push-ups and leg lifts, a bit of yoga here and there, but not going crazy or anything like I used to do. And let me tell you, I’m probably sucking in! It’s a habit now and I don’t even know when I’m doing it. My belly still has a “shelf” of fat and flabby skin hanging over the incision scar that I TUCK into my bikini! haha! I would say ROCK that bikini cause you’re just gonna get older and flabbier and there’s no better day than today to prance around by the pool. I’m gonna post more pics that show the “shelf” I’m talking about so you will feel encouraged….
