    Hi Julie,
    actually, I didnt workout as such but I did carry (and still do) my sweet boy in a sling or a wrap, I have never used a stroller, makes for a happy baby and a flat tummy:) also, breast feeding works wonders! though, now Im a year post partum Im getting a bit too thin but I have never been so strong!
