You look really good hun. I wish I had not eaten crap during my first pregnancy. I gained loads but mnaged to get down to 133 pounds after a year which was about where I was before. I have ttc number 2 now and I have put on a bit over christmas unfortunately. I need to shift it desperatly so I am running on the tredmill every day. Hoping to keep this up throughout the second pregnancy too if it is safe to do so. Did you exercise through your pregnancy? You did so well to only put 30lbs on!!
Yes I did exercise during pregnancy, nothing rigorous or anything, just long walks andd some yoga stretches….infact each time I got pregnant it was because I hadd started going to the gym and eating better. Good luck with number two!
