Hi there – I have three kids too. My youngest is 41/2 mths. I can help you with this. Looking at your body type, I guarantee that with the proper diet and exercise you can tone up. I have lost all of my baby weight and didn’t start working out until he was six weeks and I work out about four times a week, no more than 45 minutes because I breastfeed and have other kids, run a business, married, I just can’t devote that much time. You can start with walking maybe three times a week to get your cardio in and lose some of the weight, once you get to a nice weight, I would incorporate some squats, lunges, ab work – strength training. Watch what you eat and make sure to get plenty of water daily, this is where my hardest problem was at but once I increased my water, I have been doing great and keeping at a nice weight and I have even gone down in work out days to three days from four which is a little less stressful. You have really nice breast and not much to lose so just exercise and you can get there. Much love…

LOOK AT THAT HOURGLASS SHAPE! Girl- you are hot. And NORMAL looking. Nothing will change until you realize this simple fact and fall completely in love with yourself. Dieting, cardio, weight training, these are selfish things that are accomplished by someone that truly loves what they see when they look in the mirror and loves the gorgeous goddess mother looking back at them. Takes time, but is definitely do-able!! xoxo

Sweetie, all you really need to do is turn off the tv and put down the magazines. You are beautiful. Gorgeous even! See who you are within yourself and don’t define yourself by your skin. Anyone or anything who makes you feel less than beautiful is lying to you and you don’t need that! See yourself as we see you. We’re much better judges because we can stand back and be impartial. :) <3

A lot of these comments make me mad. You don’t need to lose weight. You don’t need to be self conscious. Love your body, that comes from within, not from a gym. You will find confidence by finding you true self and loving her.

Your body is beautiful and full and curvy. You have a woman’s body. Think about all the ways your body is healthy and gives you what you need. Lastly, ask yourself why you are self conscious, is it really your body, or something else? I discovered personally it was something else and I worked on overcoming that.

Your beautiful and so brave for posting. Much much love.

First, you look great. You have a fantastic shape. IF you feel like you would be more comfortable if you lost a few pounds and IF you feel like you would be healthier that way then by all means start moving more and clean up your diet if needs be. Workout with one goal in mind: More energy. Nothing else. Trust me when I say that everything else follows.

I am going to comment again because I was the first to comment and I hope I didn’t make anyone mad. Yes you should love yourself from within, but if you look in the mirror and you are unhappy with what you see, than you can change it for YOU! good way to change a body shape is by exercising, it tones the body and helps you to lose lbs. I am very happy that I can once again fit into my jeans, but I know that I wouldn’t have been able too without working out. I was depressed and upset about my body and looking for answers, but there were really none until I chose to do something about it for me, not my husband but me and now I feel happier all the way around and really I t helps me with being a mother because I am more energetic and I am also happy that I am able to be a mother but also sexy for my husband at the same time. Its so hard on us women when we lose that after children. Do what is best for you, if you want to feel better than exercise is an option. I think you look great and do not have much to tone at all, so take it slow and get moving if YOU want to. Hugs..
