Nice work, mama! Your abs look tight and flawless. I hear what you’re saying. I also weigh less than I did pre-preg, but I can nit-pick some remaining flaws with my lower tummy. All I can say is that acceptance with my shape seems to grow with time. Try to think of your strength/athleticism rather than a flaw here or there. Your body is awesome — if I saw you on a beach, I swear I would not guess that you’d given birth.
Wow! You look great! Keep it up. Throughout your next pregnancy you should try to keep up the same stuff with exercise (modified of course) and eating healthy food. It will be much easier to lose the weight after.
Although I’d wait a while and enjoy my baby and body if I were you. My oldest two are 15 months apart but are like 3 years older than my youngest. It’s a lot easier when they are more independent when you have a new baby.
Thank you guys! I am proud of my body, I worked so hard for it. I actually find out today if I am pregnant or not with our second. Eep! It was an oops, but it is what it is. I want to enjoy my body a little longer but now I know with hard work I can get it back again.
What a positive outlook on life!!! The thing is your are working out when you can and eating right!! Im currently pregnant now at 5 mts almost 6. I workout everyday only cause the Dr told me to. I mean I walk 30 mins and have a pregnancy dvd and do weights. Before I got pregnant I was into trying to stay fit. I hope I can feel like you do after I have my child. You are a great insperation. Keep it going!!!
