Breastfeeding Breasts and Mommy Belly (Anonymous)

March 29, 2012

My name is Susan I am 32, and have two babies. My daughter is 2 and my son is 10 months. I nursed my daughter for 12 months and I am currently nursing my 10 month old. They were both full term and healthy natural births. Ive always been thin. Iam petite, just 115lbs and 5’3″. I gained 25 lbs with both babies and lost all the baby weight. Even though I am my prepregnancy weight I am definitely softer, not as toned and more veiny. I don’t mind my new body. I had small perky 32b breasts, now they are 34b. In this photo I just nursed my son on the right side so you can see its a bit smaller. My left one is always been bigger and it’s engorged in that side. I just returned from work and hadn’t pumped in 9 hours. My breasts are bigger but when I wean the babe in two months they will probably go down.

You may find it weird to hear this from a women but I love love love scares!! I can swear to GOD on the Holy Bible but your breast are beautiful. Very natural and I hope you will not let that get in the way of your sex life. Enjoy your breast becuase you have lost of feeling in them. Never feel werid being intimate with your man because of them. They will never ever get tired of breast. LOL. Your beautiful no matter what!!!

You did not write any text here so I assume you are showing off your perfect body because all I see is a pair of lovely firm breasts and a flat stomach! :)

I like the tone of this post. I like how matter-of-fact you are about your body and the way it changes. Maybe it is because you’re in a different phase than a lot of the women here; most seem to be in their early 20s and very conflicted about their looks. I am in my early 20s too and have not had any children yet, I hope I can have the same attitude that you seem to have. And of course you are lovely!

I love this. I’m nursing my daughter, who’s 12 months in 2 days. Sometimes I miss my pre-baby breasts- I was 18 when I got pregnant, and had a great perky set. Now, they are more sag than anything else. It took me a while to be ok with not looking like the 20 year old I am physically, but posts like yours make me feel so much better about myself. Thank you.

You and I are both of a very similar body shape and age (I’m a bit taller though; my son is 12 months old). Reading your words echoes my own thoughts, thank you for posting your words and picture – it inspires me to think about my own post someday. :)

you look good for having two babies I am the same height and weight and still breastfeed my 16 month old. I feel my boobies were not what they use to be before the baby. How I wish I had them back
