I had my baby before I could legally drive a car. Now, as a senior in high school, I’m supposed to be worrying about Homecoming and dates, but none of that is even close to as important to me as my daughter is. Before I found this site, the only references to post-baby bodies I could find were “Look at Christina Aguilera’s Svelt After Pregnancy Body” and the like. It is so empowering to see normal women’s beautiful vessels after the birth of their children. Thank you so much.

I think you are beautiful, and so is your daughter! Way too go on the breastfeeding aswell! I also had my first child before i could legally drive a car and breastfed him for 16 months straight! Then I had my daughter at 18 and am still breastfeeding her for over a year.

In 1975 I had my wonderful son – and I was still in high school (I had to sit sideways in June as I was too big for the desk!) – My body changed and I had no friends that were in my circumstance, so I felt VERY ALONE…I raised my son alone for many years I went on 7 years later to have 2 more wonderful children and know that I was blessed. YOUR photos may not look like a magazine, but you are beautiful! Wear your skin with pride! I think your photos will make some other new mother understand her new body and learn to love it. Congrats on your maturity!!!

I am so proud of you for breastfeeding too, I breastfed my son for 13 months, and have weaned him off now, 2 months milk free, I love seeing breastfeeding pictures, makes me miss it so bad!! To be young and that mature just shows your such a amazing woman!! Loved the story!!
